EMDR Training Solutions is an EMDRIA Approved Provider for EMDR Therapy Basic Training with EMDRIA Approved Basic Trainers, a two-fold approval process to ensure quality.
In 2022 EMDRIA’s new Approved Virtual Trainer for EMDR Therapy Basic Training went into effect for all online assisted EMDR Basic training. Only those who have met and passed the rigorous standards set forth in 2021 are able to offer EMDRIA Approved Virtual EMDR Therapy Basic Trainings. Completing EMDRIA approved training is the highest standard in North America.
20 hours of learning via didactic presentation, demonstration, discussion, and short practice
20 hours of interaction during practicum practice
10 hours of consultation to support learning and comprehension between and after Part 1 and Part 2.
Upon completing both learning events, consultation hours, quiz and course evaluations, you will be awarded a “Record of Completion for EMDR Therapy Basic Trained Clinician”
**For Virtual Basic training, the time limit to complete all requirements of Basic Training is 12 months from the first day of Part 1.
**For In Person Basic training, the time limit to complete all requirements of Basic Training is 24 months from the first day of Part 1.

FlexLearning Institute houses our course content and supports all of our EMDR Therapy Basic Training events. To meet EMDRIA standards for virtual trainings EMDR Training Solutions has partnered with FlexLearning Institute, a learning management system in compliance with approved Distance Learning standards, to support our learners with a e-learning course. The course makes registration for the event easy and gives you immediate access to the materials and the digital manual, along with practice exercises, in preparation of the learning event.
